Pre-Construction

Sometimes, getting started can be the hardest part of any project. Mainz Builders takes the hassles and headache out of the pre-construction step with early analysis of budget, materials, equipment, systems and schedules, which allows us to make decisions consistent with the project requirements while keeping costs as low as possible. Services include estimating, value engineering, constructability review, schedule development and procurement.

General Contracting

At Mainz Builders, we view our clients as business partners. As a result, in our role as general contractor, we’re responsible for ensuring that the work is done accurately and with superior craftsmanship, represents plans and specifications and is completed in a safe environment, while maintaining the highest quality. As GC, we handle quality control, schedule control, billing, project administration and close-out.

Construction Management

Construction management and general contracting work hand-in-hand to guarantee that our clients save money and time, while receiving the best possible product. In addition, unlike many general contractors, we put one of our owners and a full-time superintendent on every job. Our deliverable process and approach give us a range of options to proactively manage the construction process, while allowing us to stay flexible for any changes that may (and often do!) arise. At every step, we provide regular status updates and recommendations along the way to building a superior final product.

Design/Build

Mainz Builders has established a portfolio of quality projects using the design/build approach. Working closely with architects and owners, we provide estimates throughout various phases of the process, implement schedules, determine long lead items, identify constructability and material alternatives and oversee procurement.

Sustainable Construction: A Better Balance

Sustainability has evolved from a trendy buzzword to a driving force for many industries, including construction.
