"When I purchased an architecturally significant, 1968 home in the hedgerows, I was intent on finding a contractor aligned with my vision of a hybrid restoration/renovation of the property. Of the five contractors I interviewed, Morgan was the only one who really understood and respected my desire to preserve the design of the house while also bringing it up to current environmental and comfort standards. Perhaps because Morgan and his family are from the area and respect the heritage of Montecito, he and his team worked with the house rather than against it. They leaned into the challenge of an historic home, researched the time period, worked well with me and my designer, and helped me realize my vision of bringing back the home and property.
