I have worked with Morgan Mainz on and off for nearly 20 years and in that time I have found his level of service and his dedication to his work entirely unprecedented. Morgan was the General Contractor for the Brophy's On the Alley remodel. He demonstrated the quality of his work and the depths of his knowledge every step of the way on this project, from planning and permitting to the unique design suggestions he brought forward to the beautiful handcrafted woodwork he brought to the finished project. The combination of his eye for design, attention to detail and dedication to quality are not something you will find anywhere else in Santa Barbara. In addition to the quality of his work Morgan has a history of coming in on budget and I have always found him to be transparent and honest in his book keeping. I could not be happier with the work that Morgan has accomplished for me in the past and I look forward to working with him and his team again in the future.

Mainz builders did an outstanding job. I purchased the old color wheel building on Haley downtown and needed the entire property overhauled into a modern commercial kitchen with three walk ins, grease trap, plumbing that went 11 feet under the full length of the building, two story warehouse, six offices, a lobby, a conference room, fleet parking area and all handicap additions. Just the signage was a beast, not to mention the hoops the city, fire and health department put him through. What was basically a big empty building is now a magical place to conduct our business. He came through Olympic Class on time and in budget. I could not have done better. With a big project you need someone who knows how to get things done in Santa Barbara, it will always be far more complicated than you think and Morgan was a construction ninja!
